If you'd like to request a copy of your Prior Authorization Approval, please contact the respected Health plan directly. Approvals are always faxed directly to the Caregiver, so please be sure your fax machine is working properly OR provide your email so approval may be emailed to you.
When requesting for supplies/equipment, please be sure to contact vendor directly to follow up on the status. If there are issues that you may need help with, please contact our PA Team and we will gladly assist. You may also contact us for INITIAL REQUESTS. Please note: ALL supplies / equipment requests differ in the time frame of processing - it really depends on which vendor and health plan we are working with.
